This gets tricky. One point of view is that Mr Man is
not my internet boyfriend because we did not meet over the internet. One is that he
is my internet boyfriend because after I introduced him to this place, he took on an internet persona here. The third point of view is that he is actually an ncs sock that I created because I am so afraid of being alone that I pretend to have a boyfriend on the internet.
I believe the first option is correct, but reasonable minds may quibble. As you two met over the internet, I don't think option 1 is open to you. Thusly, RT is both your real life (if y'all are to be believed) and internet girlfriend.
If I knew latin, I'd throw some appropriate phrase in right here.
