i have a feeling that given your naughtiness level, my hands would simply be inadequate to properly "punish" you. so i'd think that i would have to go with toys. as to what toys might be used, the possibilities are endless and would largely be based upon what type of scene you are into. but i'm thinking that if you are going to keep acting like an ill behaved giddy schoolgirl that a ruler would be a good place to start. where we go from there and what toys would be involved will depend on whether more severe forms of "punishment" are needed or not.
