Absolutely. Talking about fucking generally is fine. Sitting in a group of friends and listening to two of them talk about fucking each other is beyond annoying. Why should it be any different here?
And Balt seems to be trying to define himself as the guy who fucks RT, which may be fine for him, but makes him seem pathetic.
