LOS ANGELES, California (Reuters) -- A 16-year-old actress who starred in the 2004 film "Sleepover" and appeared in the television show "Gilmore Girls" has vanished and is considered a runaway, police said Wednesday.
Scout Taylor-Compton was last seen on August 12 at her home in the Southern California community of Apple Valley and was reported missing by her mother, San Bernardino County Sheriff's spokeswoman Cindy Beavers said.
Odd, why would an actress run away? Couldn't you just move out? Who names their kid scout?
