Yes, of course I could tell if a penis were circumsized or not. Which is why I can say that I, like gwinky, have been with mostly cut penii but have encounted a few uncut ones along the way.
All I am saying is that each penis is different. You can't say all cut penises look like x and all uncut penises look like y, because well, each and every penis is different. That's all. It's quite simple.
