I live in the district and get shit for benefits from any of those three. I can't imagine VA and MDers get it better from them than I.
Besides, usually property taxes are what are paid to go towards such services. Don't law firms pay taxes on the real estate (either directly or through higher lease payments reflecting the landlords' taxes)?
