That was Dr. Festerman of the Mayo Clinic's protocol. The kissing method was roundly criticized as utterly without scientific support. I believe its still fashionable in France, but I'm not debating what is universally considered effectively an "intelligent design" theory in the world of invisible cellulite studies.
