X is eligible this year (Los Angeles came out in '80). I thought they might actually make the ballot. I shouldn't be surprised.
Fresh Fruit for Rotting Vegetables came out in '80. That could be fun. But I suspect the hall would happily resort to extreme physical force to prevent Jello from getting anywhere near the building. Probably for the best, as he would probably just rant for 20 minutes and then refuse to play with the rest of the band.

The Pistols and Stooges aren't yet in. Yes X belongs- maybe the Dks, and okay, Black flag. But if the Pistols and Stooges can't get in, those other guys don't have a chance.
Besides the Buzzcocks should be in before The Dead kennedys or Black Flag, shouldn't they?
