I didn't realize that she reported to serve her sentence yet -- anyway, Kim was convicted of perjury, and got a year. As I learned yesterday (in an article about how Kim and others think that the perjury charge is a part of a general campaign by the police against hip-hop artists), the charge arose out of a shoot-out at a radio station between some of her friends and some friends of Foxy Brown-- she testified that she was not aware that two of her friends were present.
