I believe the Demi Ass Program consists of an hour (or was it two hours) a day on the stairmaster, a bunch of lipo and a raw food diet and no booze. Is it worth it?
The answer is yes if
1) You don't have an actual job so your life doesnt become, documents, stairmaster, sleep
2) you have a professional chef to make raw food edible
3) you get a tall, smokin, 27 yo mantoy who will follow all your trendy religous bullshit.
and
4) You were a teetotaler anyway for fear of being fired from St Elmos' Fire.
