And Sebby, I have had people reply to me that they basically have no outside interests. One woman struggled for a minute and then said that she sometimes likes to see movies. Uh, ok.

I have no idea where this one came from - I just get a call from recruiting every so often saying "can you interview so and so?" Usually it's fairly painless.
