The New York Post and Us Weekly say Paris, 24, has been snuggling up to Stavros Niarchos III, 20, best known as the lanky, long-haired fella frequently pictured towering over Mary-Kate Olsen, whom he's been wooing off and on since April.
Last Friday, the day before she announced her decision not to marry "best friend" Paris Latsis (they reportedly broke up a month ago), Hilton and Stav, a film student at USC, hit an L.A. nightclub, where they "made out all night and closed the place down," a spywitness tells the Post.
