What if you could frame him for something. A felony. State jurisdiction. And you testify against him and he goes to State prison and you hire some jail thug to make him the jail thug's beeyotch, and, further, the jail thug makes Bill call him your name when Bill is getting it, i.e. "Give it to me cuckold, oh cuckold, fuck me in the arse like I am little beeyotch".
