Well, if its any consolation, Al Gore probably would've done something similar in response to 9/11. Its like Nader said - the difference between the leaders of the parties is the speed with which their knees hit the floor when special interests enter the room.
But don't wallow too much. We'll have Hillary and whatever Republican isn't indicted by January of 2007 to select between next time around. You can select between a 14 inch big govt entitlement project dildo in your ass and a 14 inch corporate giveaway dildo in your ass.
