I think the NY Times had something on this recently, BTW. heres the CNN article i found on google. IIRC, someone in the article was quoted as saying that there's no difference between 15 and 50 because anyone who's smoked 15 times has smoked 50. I think that's Penske's friend.

I like McCaffrey's quote: "The 16th time smoking pot is the killer." Is that tongue in cheek?
