The phantom toll booth
So the husband is in the Chicago area. He says that people neglected to tell him to carry $50 in change everywhere he goes and he has had to run a couple of toll booths. And that there is no pulling off or backing up. If I have to go bail his ass out of traffic jail, I'm gonna be pissed. Who puts a toll booth on an on-ramp? Welcome to Illinois, indeed.
