FYI, I don't need to know this for work. I just was discussing it last night and I cannot recall the specific term, if it exists, and it's driving me crazy.

(My Contracts professor absolutely sucked. Were it not for BarBri I'm not sure I would even know the elements of a contract. A fucking travesty.)
