Huh. The Braveheart scene makes me want to pick of a sword and start killing some English. I mean, it's nice that Wallace will be reunited with his dead wife, but I think Wallace would be very disappointed to think some grown man is bawling like a little girl during his death scene. For shame.
But, I agree with (2). I'd also add:
Awakenings - after DeNiro has returned to his catatonic state and Robin Williams is watching the old film footage of the two of them together
