It wasn't as crowded as you would think based on the line and it was a lot of fun. Great views of the strip, too.

In my view, the "see and be seen" mentality is more having people watch you skip the line than actually being in the dark club where no one can see you being cool. Usually once you skate the line people want to go somewhere else rather than enjoy their hard won prize. That's what I have observed from my so-called trendy friends at least.
Ever since I turned pro, lines and drama are low on the drinking priority list. Now it's a cab ride to a stool at the bar getting free drinks with my back to the chaos that is the Strip.
