I don't feel any need to add "allegedly" to this last sentence -- she definitely had a tummy tuck and lipo, this I know to a metaphysical certainty.

I won't dispute that she probably had something done at the time of the delivery (which she apparently had because she was afraid of labor--cue Atticus on women and childbirth), but she is also very very young, and young bodies bounce back a lot faster than late-thirties (a la me) or even thirtyish (a la Tomato Basil) ones. Heck, having lived it I can even tell a difference between early/mid and late.
