To my knowledge, I just made up the term Tofurky Day. I like. Even if someone else has, I did not have it in mind at the time of use and therefore have not violated any copyrights (but perhaps a trademark violation).
It was me that had Tofurky chorizo. ncs was having no part of it. Pretty amazing stuff actually, as scary as it sounds. Indistinguishable from actual chorizo other than the lack of animal goo oozing from it.
