Yes he does need a friend. Problem is that all the dems here aren't apparently eligible. Penske wants to talk to a friend who will tell him if he's behaving badly. he sees all you guys justifying Klan membership/ beach rape/ abuse of office rape/ drowning on the way to rape scene/etc., and he thinks:
