Pretty much yes. Pay a monthly fee and you get to listen to it on up to 4 (I think) different radios and on any computer. You can buy a little boom box or there's a portable unit you can use with headphones. NotBob's the serious Sirius user. We just have it in the car. And have XM at home and on the computers. XM uses repeater antennae on cell phone frequency, so you'll get better reception in most places, but on the internet it makes no difference.
