Not to mention the fact that it completely ignores specifically enumerated rights in the Constitution. Originalist indeed. I'm sure the Framers would have been just fine with the strip search of a ten year old. Except that is
exactly the kind of overreaching and intimidation by authorities they feared when they wrote the bill of rights.
