Not to mention the fact that it completely ignores specifically enumerated rights in the Constitution. Originalist indeed. I'm sure the Framers would have been just fine with the strip search of a ten year old. You're bothered by searching 10 year olds? Me too. Every head of every drug ring in every city realizes that. That's why kids are used so often. The palistinians also realize that and smuggle bomb vests all the time on little kids.
