: Or, in other words, everyone understands the reality that people move on and sometimes there is not a mutual fit between employer/employee or a particular job situation. There should not be a consideration for whether a particular person will be swamped if they leave, or some sort of retribution. That's just part of the process, and next time it may be you. That being said, when it was learned that people were interviewing they would typically get a visit asking if there was anything correctible that could be done to make the person's job experience better.
