My mother is a pressure cooking goddess. Anything she puts in there comes out perfectly - including the brussels sprouts, which, if not cooked exactly right, are foul. I am personally afraid of pressure cookers, having seen what happens if they oversteam, but it might be worth it to learn to make perfect sprouts.
RT, don't hate on the gelatinous can-shaped cranberry sauce! I guarantee if you put out homemade and the canned stuff, the canned stuff will go first.
