I heard on Sunday Night Football last night that if he is deactivated, the last place teams in the 2 conferences will have the ability to sign him if they want him (because the trade deadline has expired). Texans and Green Bay would have dibs, that means. Though if Joe Theisman was the one talking, it is just as likely that he had no idea what he was saying or what the rules are.
I can't imagine Parcells taking him now that he has Keyshaun. Though watching those two trying to coexist on the same team would be worth the price of admission.
