NotFromHere, walnuts are very good for you. They are also good for babies in a roundabout way which is my excuse for eating a handful a day.

It's a scratch-baked chocolate cake -- baked on a baking sheet with chocolate/walnut icing. Kinda like a pan of brownies, only
cakier. And really not hard to make.
I have no idea if it's from Texas originally or not, but really, does it matter?
