It figures that this would be your new favorite dish. Seared ahi tuna was a fun new menu item up until the point that Mojitos started becoming the trendy new PASA drink. If I were to give you the benefit of the doubt, I would assume that seared ahi tuna has attained some sort or retro-hipness -- sort of the iceberg lettuce wedge salad of the early millenia. But I tend not to give the benefit of the doubt in these situations.
