Yes, exactly. Wasabi mashed potatoes. Don't get me wrong. I have enjoyed my share of seared ahi and wasabi mashed potatoes in my day. But for the sake of all the jesusfuckers in the house, sear something else. Anything. Sear some fucking mountain goat and serve it with yak piss-infused potatoes. I don't care. But all these restaurants have nice young lads like Coltrane stuck in 1996.
