It has been bothering me for a month or so, but I was told it was muscular so I could keep up the usual workout pace, just not kick. It was not getting better though, so I kept cutting back and cutting back. It got worse this week - I went back to the doctor who now says that it's not muscular at all, it's ligamental (is that a word?). Anyway, I am getting acupuncture now as well as physical therapy. As well as sitting on my ass. Fuck.
