The only masses I go to anymore are for weddings (and most recently a funeral, no tears the guy was 88 years old and the party afterwards was great). I find it amazing that after 20 years of being lapsed, I still know the whole mass by heart and can still be infused with guilt when it's time for communion and I don't get up.
