hair/skin nails/formula from GNC, but I just ordered something cheaper (with similar ingredients) from web vitamins.
For all I know, I could just take a biotin supplement. But I'm just so happy I can get my hair cut without it being a tragedy if the person takes off a half inch or so more than I would have wanted.
