Question
So I'm at the gym this morning -- and let me tell you, I hate working out in the morning. And I see a phenomenon that usually only occurs when the gym is crowded. There's a guy with too much weight on the bar doing bench press, bouncing the bar off his chest. Why? Bouncing the bar off your chest means you're muscles aren't doing the work. It makes no sense and I don't think anyone cares how much you're lifting.
