This client likely doesn't know how close it is to having both feet out the door here. Deals are too small/cheap; bills are always contested or finagled; unwilling to pay our standard hourly rates. I think I'm my lawyers' biggest client.
And I would not want to screw up their lunch plans, but I think they would tell me. Not that they can take me out to lunch anyway.
