If this is in Philly, I think I know this woman. She accused me of aiding and abetting fraud and threatened to report me to the bar when I suggested to her that my client was not willing to bend over and take it in the ass from her client (who was ironically eventually indicted for fraud in a related matter, thanks in part to testimony by my client, who was, AFAIK, completely innocent in the whole thing and who just wanted to get out of the situation with his business intact).
I think at issue was about $25K.
