I don't believe this question was answered earlier. The beer came at the point in the night when the trendy crowd portion of our group insisted on going to the People Wait In Line For This Shit club down the street. The beer was purchased because it is the fastest, easiest thing to order in such a place.
By way of example that you might understand, it would be like the Soda ordered at the All Nude So No Alcohol Served stripclub attended because of the wanting-to-see-naked-chicks portion of a group.
