Did they then have to get rid of all the curbside trash cans that were angled so you could toss in your empties while at the stop light?
Some years ago I visited a state where they had drive-thru liquor stores and gave plastic drinking glasses with the sale. That was eye opening coming from a state where everything is regulated.
