In fairness, as a matter of defining privilege as opposed to conferring and/or vesting right, what is the policy for getting the thread title naming privileges?
Finally, if I am to be prejudiced and denied my privilege as above, I would ask only that rather than give ncs unfettered abusive authority to name the thread that I be allowed to assign my hard won privilege to another poster, a purported primary sock........
