Allen-Edmonds shoes and wish they still made them for women.
They have lace-up shoes in both the Dress Casual and Casual categories on their web site.

But Adder, if you didn't let your Allen-Edmonds get too far gone and haven't tossed them, you can send them in for recrafting. Alas, I let my favorite A-E loafers get too far gone before sending them in and they couldn't rebuild them. I asked about having another pair custom made for me after they discontinued the women's line but they told me they destroyed the lasts (or whatever the form they use for making shoes is called).
