No, they would only be retards if they turned the collars up. This way, they just look smarmy. Even if one is the 7 time winner of the Tour de France.
And I don't think it really detracts from the actual look with the fresh and dried piss stains, though. And the fact that it looks like he slept in that shirt for a week.
