Spree -- Israel has purchased two subs capable of carry nuclear missiles.

I don't know if this is apocyphal or not but someone told me that Israel's policy on nuclear weapons is "they will not be the first to use nuclear weapons but they also wouldn't be the second". I always thought that sounded pretty cool
