We seek a highly motivated individual to provide and coordinate legal services for the Corporation and its subsidiary companies including: legal matters relating to SEC filings, NYSE listing requirements, corporate governance and finance, and negotiation and drafting of corporate agreements. The attorney will work closely with the CEO and CFO, and will participate in developing and monitoring corporate and investor communications.

Candidates must have 5-10 years experience practicing corporate and securities law in a law firm and/or corporate legal department, and must be qualified to practice law in the state of Texas. General corporate experience and a specific understanding of SEC and NYSE disclosure and regulatory requirements, including Regulation FD and the Sarbanes-Oxley Act is a must.
