Like about 3 coaches ago, they hired Bobby Ross. He had taken a team to the Super Bowl, must know what he's doing, right? Well, my favorite Lion's moment happened in, I believe, his third year. the Lions had just fucked up another game, this time with stupid penalties, and bad decisions. Coach Ross was asked about some bonehead play someone had made:
I don't know why he did that, we don't coach that, I can tell you that." (when someone screws up at my firm back then we'd say "the GPs don't coach that.")

Within a year he had resigned.

Favorite moment this season happened in Game 1- at home- our fans are booing our new great savior Quarterback in his first game. Of course, we all knew we would be booing him someday, but the first game is a record.

Who was the moron who predicted 40 points yesterday?
