The political feasiblity is another issue. But what is better, two teenagers hired at part time so they can buy Justin Timberlake CDs or one adult so he can feed his children.
From a policy standpoint I don't think it is a difficult decision.
We want to bring unemployment down, not disposable income for teenagers up.
