This is quite a statement by Tony Blair:
But Tony Blair, the prime minister, thinks that Britain's criminal-justice system needs a “profound re-balancing” in favour of the “law-abiding majority”. The double-jeopardy rule was amended to that end.
And they don't even use the exclusionary rule.....
