Approximately 40 miles of cycling, 13-15 miles of running, climbing the Sears Tower (103 flights, up and down), etc. Took the team 8 hrs 47 mins to finish.
I haven't stopped eating since.

Congratulations! Did you do all of the legs or was it a relay?
I think that Muddy Buddy will be my entry into adventure racing next year.
