Jefferson's a bad dude. So, what's the score this year between Ds and Rs?
The problem is that full control of the government by the Rs has brought a bit of a feeding frenzy to DC - they can't control the budget because they have to keep their friends happy. It's not just the wanton corruption (though Abramhoff and DeLay show there is plenty of that), but also the unchecked pork. And, at the moment, full credit for the unchecked pork goes to the Rs.
