There is also the implication that you were watching sports with him, which is right up there with the "I come while giving blowjobs" on the fantasy meter. In fact, when I read your post, I imagined that you were probably coming while giving him a blowjob during MNF.
eta: Though I suppose I could be reading to much into it. Maybe he was just complaining about what an idiot Theisman is while you were coming from giving him a blowjob, but you were watching Seinfeld reruns or something.
